Landlord Gas Safety Certificate

As a landlord, you are legally responsible for the safety of your tenants in relation to gas safety. In order to meet the legal requirements we can assist with:

• Repairing and maintain gas pipework, flues and appliances
• Certifying an annual gas safety check on each appliance and flue
• Providing you with a record of each safety check
